  Dropped laptop off on friday , rang back on Saturday and was told the laptop was 72% though a scan was told id be rung back Sunday
  Sunday noon rang back no answer left answer phone msg , rang later in evening no answer
  Rang monday got answer from wife , guy not in will ring you back
  Late afternoon ring again get wife told will be called back
  Ring again finally get the bloke telling me hes not had chance to even look at it , no mention of test he was supposed to be doing on it
  Then tells me he cant even give a time frame and tells me 3 times that id be best taking it to pcworld and that its a ball ache of a job
  Got it back today and will never ring this guy again
  I know what's wrong with the laptop its the hard drive thats gone i wanted to pay someone to take it out and replace it
  Which this guy clearly couldnt be arsed to do
